The Big Reveal! A New Babesta Site

We are so excited to present our new site! We have upgraded the shopping experience and streamlined the site so that it is even easier to shop and find what you need! We've also updated our registry, allowing you to easily set up and add items to your Babesta registry as well as BabyList, if you have a "universal" registry. 

Before I walk through what you'll find in the new site, a note for those who have current registries or gift cards. If you have issue using/accessing anything, please reach out to sales@babesta.com, 646 290 5508, or reach us via chat. We have migrated the registries so they should work, but we may have to manually move gift cards. If you need to access the old site, you can find it at https://babestaclassic.com/ - note it is no longer being updated.

OK, so the new site: First, why did we do it? 

We re-platformed the site because we wanted a sleeker shopping experience. Although the old site was great for many years, our new site will offer enhanced experiences like easier shopping, our "registry must haves" (check them out!), and will even allow us to sell digital items like NFTs when the world is ready for that (lots of ideas here on warrantees that follow the stroller as it resells and that sort of stuff!) :)

As for the site, you'll see that we've streamlined the upper navigation giving you 4 easy choices:

1/Shop: Here you will find all of the categories we sell and you can quickly go to what you need.

2/Read: This is our blog. You'll find cool things to do in NYC with your family, interviews with the designers behind some of your favorite lines, new contests, promotions, events, and the like in the store, and anything that we think will be great to know. If you have ideas for coverage, click tips@babesta.com. 

3/Learn: This is the area that expecting parents can understand more about different types of products and categories as they start their journey of parenthood. Find out how to choose the major things you'll need - the questions to ask, the things to consider, the trade offs and some of our favorite brands. We're always updating this section with new models as they come in.

4/Registry: Learn all about how to make a registry, how to approach it, what items are "musts" (our "Registry musts" section we hope is super-helpful, as it gives you a good place to start). Then build your Babesta registry, or add Babesta to your Babylist. 

We'd love to hear your feedback. As with any change, we expect to be addressing any issues over the next month, so if you encounter anything, let us know so that we can fix it pronto.  Once we have this settled, we will be dialing up our in-store events, and rolling out an online community space for parents this summer and we'd love to see you in the shop and online!
