What is your online return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how our return policy works:

  • Within 10 days of delivery: You are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
  • Between 11–30 days of delivery: We'll issue Store Credit equal to the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost). Store credit is issued as a Gift Certificate redeemable online or in store — if redeeming in store or by phone, please have your certificate number ready.

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging

Items returned without original tags may be subject to a $10 per-item or 20% restocking fee (which ever is higher), as we are unable to resell tagless items as new.

Sale items, safety, hygiene and custom orders are final sale and non-returnable.

The following items are non-returnable unless unopened and in original sealed packaging:

  • Car seats (for safety reasons)
  • Hygienic products (sippy cups, changing pads, pacifiers, etc.)

How do I return something bought online?

Returns are easy with Redo Returns — here's how it works:

  1. Visit your Order Details page and click Create Return Request to initiate your return.
  2. If the button isn't visible, your item may be outside the return window or marked as non-returnable. Call us if you believe this is an error: +1 (646) 290-5508

Return Shipping:

  • If you purchased Redo Package Protection at checkout, your return label is on us — free of charge.
  • If you did not add Package Protection, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot process refunds for items that don't arrive.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be issued within 5-10 business days. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

What does Redo Package Protection cover?

Adding Redo Package Protection at checkout protects your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit — and gives you a free return label if you need to send something back. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, simply file a claim and we'll make it right quickly, no hassle.
