- What is your online return policy?
- You have 10 days to return your item. If you return after the 10 days are up but less than 30 days, we will offer you a Store Credit equal to the purchase price minus the shipping cost. Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate that can be redeemed online or in store. If you decide to redeem it at one of our stores (either by phone or in person), please have the certificate number handy or printed. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, returned items must be returned with all original tags attached, and in original (new) condition and packaging (unused / unwashed). Please be sure they are placed back in the package to avoid wrinkling. If you return products without the original tags and packaging, there may be a fee of $10.00 for each item with missing tags. We need to be able to resell the returned items and if there are no tags attached we cannot resell as a new item. Please check our Terms and Conditions for further details.
- Not all items are returnable. Sale and custom orders are final.
- The following type of products are also considered as non-returnable unless they have never been opened: Car Seats (for safety reasons) or hygienic products such as sippy cups, changing pad, pacifiers, etc.
- How do I return something bought online?
- You can create return requests only for products that are both returnable and the return time has not expired. If you do not see the Create Return Request Form on the Order Details page, the creation of the return request is impossible. It means that either the return time of the products in your order has expired or the type of item is non-returnable. Please call us if you feel this is an error: + 1 (646) 290-5508.
- Please note: If you decide to return your order, you will be responsible for shipping it back in a secured way (with tracking). Once the item has been received, we will issue you a refund or store credit, minus the original cost of the outbound shipping fees.
