Registering With Us Is the Easy Part
For over 20 years we've been the only baby boutique squarely focused on city families - which means every registry we help build is stress-tested for small apartments, narrow hallways, and real NYC life. You get our full attention, our honest opinions, and a whole suite of perks (spelled out below) designed to make the next few months easier, not harder.

Registry Close-Out (Completion Discount)
Once your registry's been active for 30 days and has at least 10 items on it, you're eligible for a 15% discount on whatever's left unpurchased - our way of saying thanks for registering with us. The discount window runs from 60 days before your Arrival Date through 90 days after it.
It's one-time use, can't be combined with other offers, and doesn't apply to shipping, services or gift cards and is not exchangeable for cash.

Price Matching
Babesta will do our best to match prices of items apples to apples. This must be against current and valid published prices on public websites of authorized dealers, and doesn't apply to loyalty programs, registry perks, closeouts, or inadvertent/unauthorized promotions - note that Babesta offers its own suite of perks as additional value outside of the listed price. Price matching can only be done prior to purchase, or within the return or exchange window.
Hold It Until You Need It
At your request, we'll hold registry items at our location free of charge until you're ready to receive them, then arrange pick up, local delivery, shipping, or other means of delivery.
Need to switch a held item outside the normal return/exchange window? We can generally accommodate that - say you registered for the Bugaboo Fox and later decide you'd rather have the Vista, or you registered for too many swaddles and would rather have sleep sacks. This applies whether the item is unopened in its original packaging or still being held by us, and store credit or exchange will be applied. The one exception is custom items - those are final.
Free Stroller Assembly
Give us 24 hours notice (ideally) and we'll assemble your stroller for you, free of charge. We'll also walk you through training so you know exactly how it works and how to use it.
