Whether you're just trying to make head or tails of the baby gear world, or you're ready to make a registry, you can book a private appointment with one of our Babesta baby experts. In store, we can answer all of your questions, give personalized advice, and let you try out the gear that's gotten Babesta's City-Parent Stamp of Approval. 

We are constantly sifting through all the choices out there with the lens of a city parent. Before it hits our floor, we make sure that it is hearty enough for our city streets or light and easy enough for subways, plane travel, or taxi cabs. 

We've been thinking about city parents for over 20 years, and would love to help you as you plan for your own little New Yorker.

Babesta Services

Keep in mind, our services don't end there. Shopping with us means you'll be confident in your choices and using your gear when the time comes. That's because we not only offer assembly services (and even assemble your stroller for free), but we'll also train you on your gear in-store at pick up. That's a lot of peace of mind! 

Then, once you're home and enjoying those first months with your little one, we're here for any questions along the way. We will even help you with warranty claims if needed. 

Book Your Consult

Book a consult by emailing private_consult@babesta.com. Private appointments available 10am-12pm Saturday and Sunday; 6pm-8pm weekdays; or by arrangement. Appointments must be booked and confirmed 48 hours ahead. 

Note if you're not able to make an appointment, don't worry. During store hours, we try to ensure that we always are able to give you lots of one on one time and support, no matter what!
