Does it really recline with a button? Is it quiet?

Yes. The electronic control panel is built into the armrest and operates the recliner quietly — the motor is specifically designed not to startle a sleeping baby. It lowers the headrest and raises the footrest smoothly.

Can I charge my tablet using the USB port?

No. The USB port is rated for small devices like phones only. Using it for a tablet or similarly large device can damage the motor and permanently disable both the charging and reclining functions. Use it for your phone.

How far does it swivel?

270 degrees, in the upright position. Enough to face the crib, the door, a window, or a partner across the room — without having to stand up or reposition.

How much clearance do I need behind the chair to recline?

The chair extends to 64" in length when fully reclined. Measure from the wall or any furniture behind the chair to ensure you have enough room to recline fully — in a compact NYC nursery, this is worth checking before purchasing.
