Yes. The reversible seat lays fully flat, making the Dragonfly Plus (Seat Only) suitable from birth. It also accepts an infant car seat with adapters (sold separately). If you want more enclosed protection while baby is little, we like the Seat and Bassinet version of the Dragonfly Plus; both versions are suitable from 0+.

Infant (6–12 months)
