What size mattress does it take?

Standard twin. Box spring not required.  We love the Organic Naturepedic 2 in 1 Twin mattress, available at Babesta.  

Does it come with a guardrail?

No. The guardrail is sold separately as the Twin/Full size guardrail. We strongly recommend it for younger children making the crib transition.

Does it come with a trundle?

No. The Universal Twin Storage Trundle Bed is sold separately. It slides under the bed and holds a standard twin mattress for sleepovers.

Can it be used as the bunk under the Moab Stair Loft Bed?

Yes. The Moab Twin Bed is specifically designed to work as the under-loft bunk with the Moab Stair Loft Bed, sold separately. Same collection, cohesive look.

What’s the weight limit?

400 lbs. A notably high capacity for a kids’ bed, meaning it comfortable grows with your child well into the teen years. 

What age is appropriate for this bed? 

Generally from about age 3 when a child is ready to transition from a crib, through teen years and beyond. For younger children, the guardrail is recommended. Consult your pediatrician for readiness.

Is it GREENGUARD Gold Certified?

Yes. It’s been tested for over 10,000 chemical emissions and VOCs. This is an important certification for any sleep environment.
