OK, here we go: What's new with the Aer² stroller by Joolz? Here's our list:
- Sits up higher & taller handlebar: For tall parents, the Joolz Aer² is a great stroller option as the handlebar is significantly higher than with the Aer+. On top of that, when using the bassinet, the baby is considerably higher and closer to the parent, which means further away from car fumes and the like.
- One hand fold: The one-hand fold on the Joolz Aer² is even easier than before. Quick fold before heading down the subway stairs? No problem!
- Integrated Footrest: With the Joolz Aer+ the footrest was an additional purchase, but for the Aer², it's already integrated. We were a little nervous at first when we tried to adjust it, but it's actually super simple. Just give it a tug to move it into place as suits.
- Magnetic 5-point harness: Another great feature of the Joolz Aer² is its magnetic buckle. This makes getting your child nice and secure in the seat is easier than ever. There's also a one-pull harness so you can ensure that it fits just-so with the tug.
- Extended UPF 50+ sun canopy: The canopy is really nice, and if your child is reclining fully they're nearly 100% covered. This is perfect for a snoozy afternoon!
- Larger storage basket: We city folk always need our "stuff" when we're on the go, and the Joolz Aer² knows it. The underseat basket is even bigger than before meaning more bang for your Whole Foods run buck!

As for the style, the Joolz Aer² delivers. We have to admit it can play tricks on your eyes, as it looks nearly like a full size stroller but it's light as a feather and travel ready in a snap.
For the floor we opted for the lovely Sage color, but there are other Joolz Aer2 colors to consider: Space Black (always a good bet in NYC), Stone Grey, Sandy Taupe, Forest Green, Sage Green, Navy Blue. What a stylish stroller for NYC indeed! When it comes to modern baby gear, we have to say we're smitten with the Joolz Aer2.

Final Thoughts: Is the Joolz Aer² Worth It For NYC Families?
We say a resounding yes! The Joolz Aer² is worth it for NYC families as it does it all as a small, compact, lightweight stroller. It's got a 2 year warranty and a 10 year transferable warranty if you register within 6 months.
It's easy to clean, as well. For the chassis and wheels, just use lukewarm wet cloth and a mild detergent. Take wheels off to clean. For the fabrics, hand wash with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and dry flat. Don't do it in a washing machine though!
